At Helpfect, your satisfaction and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right — calmly, fairly, and without unnecessary hassle.

Our 30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. After this period, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • The item is in its original packaging, with all seals intact
  • The item is not a perishable, consumable, or hygiene product that has been opened
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened consumable wellness products (such as supplements, teas, or topical products) unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened consumable or ingestible products
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at Helpfect@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Helpfect@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
