Delivery timeframes
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we are required to deliver goods within the timeframe agreed at checkout, or — if no timeframe was agreed — within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If we are unable to deliver within this period, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Shipping costs & transparency
All delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. No additional shipping fees will be applied after your order is confirmed.
Risk of loss & title transfer
Under UK consumer law, the risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. If goods are lost or damaged in transit before reaching you, Helpfect bears full responsibility and you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
International shipments — customs & import duties
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the recipient may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are outside Helpfect's control and are the legal responsibility of the recipient. We are required to accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments on customs documentation — we do not under-declare values or mark orders as gifts to avoid duties.
Failed delivery & your rights
If a delivery attempt fails through no fault of your own, we remain responsible for ensuring you receive your order. You are entitled to:
- A redelivery at no additional cost, or
- A full refund if delivery cannot be completed.
If a parcel is returned to our supplier due to an incorrect address provided by you at checkout, re-shipping costs may apply.
Damaged or incorrect goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt at Helpfect@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos.
