Shipping Policy

At Helpfect, we believe that your wellness journey shouldn't be slowed down by uncertainty. That's why we're committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and transparently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 8–12 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather or carrier disruptions). If your order is significantly delayed, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Check with neighbours or anyone at your address who may have accepted the parcel
  • Check any safe locations or outbuildings on your property
  • Contact your local delivery depot

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Helpfect is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at Helpfect@gmail.com — we will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
