Cancellation Policy

At Helpfect, we understand that plans can change. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request, and we ask that you act quickly if you need to cancel an order.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Helpfect@gmail.com with your order number. Orders can typically be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.

As orders are processed within 1–3 business days, we recommend reaching out within 24 hours of placing your order to give us the best chance of cancelling it before it ships.

Cancelling After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Subscription Orders

If you have a subscription order, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after a subscription has renewed will apply to the following cycle and will not result in a refund for the current period.

Incorrect or Duplicate Orders

If you've placed an order by mistake or duplicated an order, please contact us immediately at Helpfect@gmail.com. We'll do our best to resolve this quickly before your order is processed.

Our Right to Cancel

Helpfect reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund and be notified promptly.
