A relaxation device for comfort and unwinding — not a medical treatment.

Soothing warmth

Gentle heat around the eyes and temples

Air-pressure massage

Soft airbags inflate and release in a cycle

Your own audio

Pair your phone over Bluetooth and press play

15 minutes, then off

The session ends itself — even if you drift off

The 11pm problem

The day ends. Your head doesn’t.

Screens from the moment you wake. Notifications through dinner. One more scroll in bed. By the time you actually want to switch off, nothing in your evening tells your body that the day is over.

So you lie there — eyes finally shut, brain still running the day back.

Most people don’t need more willpower to wind down. They need a signal.

Sofa Relaxation

The ritual

Fifteen minutes that feel like a door closing.

It goes on, the room goes black, and something warm settles over your eyes. That’s the signal.

1

Put it on

Adjust the strap once. It stays set for next time.

2

Press the button

One button cycles through the modes.

3

Connect your audio

Optional. Your playlist, a podcast, or silence.

4

Stop deciding things

It ends the session for you at 15 minutes.

How it works

Three simple systems. No app required.

Everything below is how the device physically operates — described plainly, without embellishment.

Warmth

Heating elements sit behind the padded lining and bring the surface that rests against your skin up to a steady, low warmth — the feeling of a warm towel that doesn’t cool down.

Manufacturer-stated heat for this device family: up to approximately 42 °C / 107 °F, regulated.

Air pressure

A small internal air pump inflates soft airbags inside the mask, then releases them, over and over. That repeating squeeze-and-release is the massage — a slow, even pressure around the eye sockets and temples rather than a vibration.

Airbag air-pressure massage is listed by the manufacturer as a function of this device family.

Bluetooth audio

Speakers are built into the mask itself. Pair your phone once and whatever you play comes through it — so the mask isn’t just blocking light, it’s replacing the room.

Bluetooth music playback is listed by the manufacturer as a function of this device family.

The details

Made to be picked up every night.

The single illuminated control button and the adjustable strap
One control

A single button

Nothing to learn and nothing to configure. Press to start, press again to change mode.

The padded inner face of the eye massager and its adjustable strap
Comfort

Padded lining, adjustable strap

A soft cushioned face and a sliding adjuster on an elastic strap — set it once to your head size, then forget it.

The eye massager folded and resting on a surface
Portable

Folds flat

The two halves hinge together so it packs down for a drawer, a bag or a carry-on.

The charging port on the eye massager with its cable
Power

Rechargeable

Charges by cable and runs cordless. Manufacturer-stated capacity for this device family is 1200 mAh — roughly an hour and a half of use, or about six sessions, per charge.

Wearing the eye massager lying down
Hands-free

Wear it lying down

The strap holds it in place, so you are not holding anything — and the auto shut-off means it does not matter if you drift off.

Modes

Five modes

Warmth, air pressure, vibration and music — on their own or combined. Manufacturer-stated for this device family.

Audio

Speakers in the mask

No earbuds to wear underneath and nothing pressing into your ears while you lie down.

When people reach for it

Fifteen minutes fits almost anywhere.

After work

The gap between finishing and actually being off.

Before bed

A last step that isn’t looking at a screen.

On a plane or train

Folds flat, blocks the light, plays your own audio.

A quiet quarter-hour

Weekend afternoons, a long study block, a break.

A session, start to finish

Fifteen minutes, then it stops on its own.

0:00

On, strap adjusted, room goes dark.

0:30

Warmth comes up; the first pressure cycle begins.

2:00

Audio connected. You stop tracking time.

15:00

It powers down. Nothing to remember.

What it actually feels like

A warm, close pressure that builds and eases in a slow rhythm, with your own audio filling the space and no light at all. It is a comfort device: it is there to make stopping easier, and to make the fifteen minutes feel like something you chose rather than something you squeezed in.

Why each part matters

Specs are boring. Here’s what they buy you.

Built-in Bluetooth speakers

Turns fifteen minutes of darkness into your own room. A playlist, a podcast, a meditation, an audiobook — the thing that actually makes you stay put for the full session.

Airbag pressure instead of vibration

A slow squeeze and release, not a buzz. It is the difference between something working on you and something you can fall asleep under.

A 15-minute auto shut-off

You never have to decide when to stop, and it does not matter if you fall asleep wearing it. That is what makes it a habit rather than a gadget.

Folds flat and runs cordless

It lives in the drawer beside you or in the bag, so the ritual survives travel instead of being left at home.

Honest comparison

Against the two things you’d otherwise do.

Objective differences only — nothing about how well any option works for you.

No reviews yet — and we won’t invent any

This product has no customer reviews on our store, so you will not find star ratings, testimonials or customer counts anywhere on this page. When real reviews exist, they will appear here and you will be able to read the bad ones too.

  • What we can stand behind: the device folds flat, has a padded lining and an adjustable strap, runs on a rechargeable battery, is operated by a single button, and ends its session automatically at fifteen minutes.
  • What the manufacturer states for this device family: airbag air-pressure massage, heating up to approximately 42 °C / 107 °F, Bluetooth music playback, five modes and a 1200 mAh battery.
  • What we will not claim: that it treats, cures or prevents anything. It is a comfort and relaxation device, not a medical device, and we make no claims about migraines, dry eye, circulation, dark circles or sleep disorders.
  • If it isn’t for you: our returns window is 30 days from delivery on unused, unopened items in original packaging — the full terms are in our Refund & Return Policy.

Before you use it

This is a relaxation and comfort device, not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

  • Remove contact lenses, glasses and false lashes before use.
  • Do not use if you have glaucoma, cataracts, retinal detachment or any other eye disease, or if you have had recent eye surgery of any kind, including laser surgery — speak to your doctor first.
  • Do not use if you have an active eye infection or injury, or reduced sensitivity to heat.
  • If you are pregnant, or under medical care for any condition, check with your doctor before use.
  • Children should only use it under adult supervision.
  • Do not use while driving or walking. It is not waterproof — wipe the skin-contact surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
  • Stop using it and speak to a doctor if you feel unwell, or notice any pain, dizziness or change in your vision.

Questions

Everything people ask before buying.

What does it actually do?

It applies gentle warmth and a repeating air-pressure massage around your eyes and temples, blocks out light completely, and can play audio from your phone through built-in speakers. A session runs for fifteen minutes and then switches off by itself.

How does the air compression feel?

Like a slow, even squeeze that builds and then releases, repeating in a cycle — closer to hands resting and pressing than to a vibrating gadget. It sits against the soft padded lining rather than directly on your eyes.

Does it really heat up? How warm does it get?

Yes — heating elements warm the surface that rests against your skin. The manufacturer states regulated warmth of up to approximately 42 °C (107 °F) for this device family, which is warm-towel territory rather than hot. We have not independently measured it.

Can I control the settings?

A single button cycles through the modes — the manufacturer lists five, combining warmth, air pressure, vibration and music. There is no app and nothing to set up.

How does the Bluetooth work with my phone?

You pair it like any Bluetooth speaker: switch the massager on, open your phone’s Bluetooth settings and select it. Anything you then play — music, a podcast, a meditation, an audiobook — comes out of the speakers built into the mask. The manufacturer does not publish a Bluetooth version, so we do not quote one.

Can I use it lying down or in bed?

Yes. It is held on by an elastic strap rather than needing to be held, and the automatic fifteen-minute shut-off means it does not matter if you fall asleep wearing it.

Will it fit my head?

The elastic strap has a sliding adjuster, so you set the tension once and leave it. The nose bridge is cut away so the weight rests on your face rather than pressing down on your nose.

Is it rechargeable, and how long does a charge last?

It is rechargeable and runs cordless. The manufacturer states a 1200 mAh battery giving around an hour and a half of use — roughly six fifteen-minute sessions — and a charge time of about two and a half to three hours. These are the manufacturer’s figures for this device family, not our own measurements.

Can I take it on a plane?

It folds flat and is designed to be portable, which is why we mention travel. Rules on devices with built-in lithium batteries are set by your airline and by the authorities at your departure point, and they do change — please check with your airline rather than relying on us.

Why would I buy two?

Two is the option most people are choosing between, so we price it properly: the pair comes at 15% off, which works out at £44.20 each instead of £52.00. People buy the second one to keep somewhere else — a travel bag, a partner’s side of the bed, a parent’s house. You can also pick a different colour for each one. The discount is applied by our store automatically when there are two in the cart; there is no code to enter and nothing to claim.

What’s in the box?

The eye massager, a charging cable and instructions. No wall plug is included, so you will need a USB power source you already own.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the skin-contact surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge it or run it under a tap — it is not waterproof.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. After that, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days in the UK, 7–12 in the US and Canada, 5–10 in Europe and 8–12 for the rest of the world. Shipping is free and tracked. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

What if I don’t like it?

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible the item needs to be unused and unopened in its original packaging, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake. If it arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. The full terms are in our Refund & Return Policy.

Is it safe for my eyes?

It is designed to rest over closed eyes and applies pressure around the eye sockets and temples rather than on the eyeball. That said, it is not suitable for everyone — please read the “Before you use it” notes above, and speak to your doctor first if you have any eye condition, have had eye surgery, or are under medical care.
