Can I control the settings?
A single button cycles through the modes — the manufacturer lists five, combining warmth, air pressure, vibration and music. There is no app and nothing to set up.
How does the Bluetooth work with my phone?
You pair it like any Bluetooth speaker: switch the massager on, open your phone’s Bluetooth settings and select it. Anything you then play — music, a podcast, a meditation, an audiobook — comes out of the speakers built into the mask. The manufacturer does not publish a Bluetooth version, so we do not quote one.
Can I use it lying down or in bed?
Yes. It is held on by an elastic strap rather than needing to be held, and the automatic fifteen-minute shut-off means it does not matter if you fall asleep wearing it.
Will it fit my head?
The elastic strap has a sliding adjuster, so you set the tension once and leave it. The nose bridge is cut away so the weight rests on your face rather than pressing down on your nose.
